Unique Horizon is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Oakland, California with a focus on providing services to low-income communities. Since our founding in 2021, we have been committed to assisting individuals by providing housing, education, job placement, food, clothing, rehabilitation, and childcare assistance.
Our vision is a future where every individual and family has access to the resources, opportunities, and support needed to build a secure life and participate in a healthy, connected, and thriving community.
